Wikipedia started a "project" called Wikiproject Furry for, you guessed it, anthropomorphic characters and the people who fantasize about them.

LOL. What satisfaction there must be in proofreading worthless, esoteric Wikipedia entries on topics to be read by no one but the people who are already familiar with the information. Note the guy whose primary job is reverting vandalism. I have been a furry fan since I was a child due to my love of animals and old anthropomorphic cartoons. I read a lot furry webcomics, novels, and information. I even enjoy playing furry games. My furry interests is much similar and different from other furry fans.
These people apparently fall into one of only three possible classes: Lifestyle crusaders, obsessive-compulsive copyeditors, and Sonic fans.
